victoriousvocabulary:

TYPOGLYCEMIA
[noun]
Informal: a neologism given to a purported recent discovery about the cognitive processes behind reading written text. It is the ability to read scrambled words (particularly when only the first and last letter is in order) or misread words and sentence structures due to the mind’s habitual ability to recategorise information in accordance to its previous experiences.
The word does not refer to any actual medical condition related to hypoglycemia. It appears to be a portmanteau of “typo”, as in typographical error, and “glycemia”.

Use a lemon, orange or a grapefruit to start your seedlings. Plant the entire thing in the ground and the peels will compost directly into the soil to nourish the plants as they grow.

Reblogging because holy shit why didn’t I think of this?

This is brilliant

I don’t think my dad knows about this. He needs to know about this. He would love it.
